Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the Product you are buying , and the distance from our distribution center to the delivery address.
To view your shipping cost:

Enter your shipping address at checkout.

The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and displayed before payment.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Please note:

Delays may occur during busy seasons or due to severe weather conditions beyond our control.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days of placing it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the latest tracking updates and delivery status.
Shipping Carriers
Most of our products are shipped in wooden crates, therefore we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers, including:

We also offer local delivery services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal.
Curbside Pickup
Self-pickup is available from our Montreal or Mississauga warehouses.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Rural / Countryside Addresses
We always strive to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. However, deliveries to rural or countryside areas may incur additional charges.
Since most of our products ship via LTL freight in wooden crates, delivery trucks often require a tailgate service for unloading. In rural areas, this may increase shipping costs.
