Shipping
Do you deliver across Canada?
Yes, Power Plus Fitness delivers across Canada except the three territories — Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon — due to extremely high shipping costs.
How much shipping will cost ?
We offer affordable shipping rates to keep our products accessible. Unlike competitors who include shipping in the price and advertise it as “free shipping,” we separately charge shipping so you can enjoy both a great product and a fair shipping cost.
Curb side Pickup (Toronto & Montreal): Free
Local Delivery (Toronto & Montreal): $75 – $250
Shipping Company: $250 – $400
If your location is in a rural area and the shipping cost is significantly higher than what you paid, we will contact you before proceeding.
Do you provide local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within a 200 km radius of both Toronto and Montreal. Our local delivery service ensures affordable, fast, and reliable transportation for all gym equipment orders in these areas.
Do you provide free curbside pickup?
Yes, we offer free curbside pickup at our Toronto & Montreal warehouse. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup. For large items like the Smith Machine (≈85" long in a wooden crate), a pickup truck is recommended.
Do you deliver to rural or countryside areas?
Yes, we deliver to most rural and countryside locations across Canada. Delivery times may be slightly longer depending on your area. In some remote regions, additional shipping charges may apply. If the shipping cost is significantly higher than what you paid, our team will contact you before processing your order. If you choose not to proceed with the additional charges, we’ll issue a full refund right away.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship your order in two business day. Delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location and courier transit times.
How is the product delivered?
Most of our products are delivered fully packaged and protected in a wooden crate to ensure they arrive safely. We use tailgate service, so the shipping company will deliver it to your doorstep. In some rural areas, tailgate service may not be available. In such cases, we will contact you to see if you can unload the shipment manually. We will only proceed with shipping after your confirmation.
What should I do if my package is delivered damaged?
We always ensure your package is delivered in excellent condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please inform the delivery person immediately. Before signing for the delivery, ask them to mark “Damaged Delivery” on the proof of delivery and email us at info@powerplusfitness.ca. This ensures the issue is properly documented, and we can quickly assist with a replacement if there is any internal damage.
What if my package is lost during transportation?
All Power Plus Fitness shipments are fully tracked to ensure safe delivery. If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the shipping company and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return & Refund
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@powerplusfitness.ca to request a cancellation. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please note: a 2.9% credit card fee will be applicable on the refunded amount.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after your cancellation is confirmed and will be returned to your original payment method.
