Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

Shipping Cost – The cost of shipping depends upon the weight, size and number of packages that are to be shipped as well as the distance of the destination address from our distribution center.

Shipping charge can be obtained by simply adding the products to the cart and then entering your address. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and displayed.

 

Delivery time - Orders are usually shipped out within 2-5 business days. However, delays may occur during a busy season or due to severe weather conditions that are out of our hands.  In case you do not receive your order within 14 business days of ordering, please contact the shipping carrier for the most up to date information and status updates.

Oversized Items - Due to weight & size restrictions oversized items are shipped with a freight company as they are too heavy or large to be shipped with Canada Post of FedEx. Freight charges may vary depending on the weight of the item(s) and the destination.
