Shipping costs are calculated based on the product(s) purchased and the distance from our distribution center to your delivery address.

To view your shipping cost:

• Add your desired product(s) to your cart
• Enter your shipping address at checkout
• The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and displayed before payment

Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Please note:

• Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to severe weather conditions beyond our control
• If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the latest tracking updates and delivery status

Shipping Carriers

Due to the size and weight of our equipment, most products are shipped in wooden crates using LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers, including:

• Maritime Ontario
• Day & Ross
• Vitran
• Other regional freight carriers

 Local Delivery (GTA & Montreal)

We offer affordable local delivery within a 150 km radius of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal.

• Delivery is typically completed within 2–9 business days after your order is received
• Delivery company will offload the product to your driveway or garage

 Free Curbside Pickup

Self-pickup is available from our Montreal and Mississauga warehouses.

• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready
• Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup

Rural / Countryside Deliveries

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. However, deliveries to rural or remote areas may incur additional charges.

• Most shipments require tailgate service due to crate size and weight
• Additional fees may apply depending on accessibility

If additional charges apply:

• We will contact you before processing the shipment
• You may choose to proceed or cancel your order
• If canceled, a full refund will be issued
