Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth process.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up. Please note that we does not accept returns on items that are not factory sealed in their original packaging.

Condition:

  • Product should be factory sealed.
  • Returned products must be in new condition, with all original packaging, documentation, parts, and accessories included.
  • Used or assembled products are not eligible for return.
  • Once the item is received by our warehouse, our staff will do an inspection. If any part is found missing, damaged or used then refund will not be issued.


FEE AND REFUND DETAILS

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee paid is non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5%–10% may apply, depending on the order volume.

Transaction Fees:

  • Credit/Debit card transaction fees (2.9%–5%) are non-refundable.
  • If the order was placed using Affirm or Klarna financing, a fee of 7.9% will be deducted from the refund.


RETURN PROCESS

Request Authorization: A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returns. Please email info@powerplusfitness.ca to request your RAN.
Prepare the Return: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original condition


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of being placed.
Non-Refundable Fees: Fees associated with Shopify, Affirm, or Klarna will not be refunded for canceled orders.
