LIFETIME WARRANTY!
At Power Plus Fitness, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products and stand firmly behind every item we offer. We want to give peace of mind to our customers and thus provide lifetime warranty on our strength machines.
Warranty Coverage
We warrant products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of Power Plus Fitness products and covers the following:
- Strength Machines: Lifetime (for home gym use)
- Strength Machines: One year (for professional gym use)
- Cardio Equipment: 1 Year
- Dumbbells: No warranty
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or misapplication
- Alterations or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear due to regular use
Shipping Damage or Missing Parts
If your product is damaged during shipping or parts are missing, these must be reported to Power Plus Fitness within 7 days of receiving the order. Please send the details to info@powerplusfitness.ca. We will replace the damaged or missing components without any extra cost.
Replacement Policy
Cost of replacement parts will be covered by Power Plus Fitness under warranty. Customer will be responsible for freight charges for sending the replacement parts to customer's address.
Power Plus Fitness may provide reconditioned parts as a replacement of defective or missing part as part of the warranty process.
Post-Warranty Support
After the warranty period, spare parts can still be purchased. Customers will be responsible for the cost of the parts as well as shipping charges.
