At Power Plus Fitness, we aim to make the delivery process affordable, straightforward and transparent. Below are the details regarding shipping costs, delivery timelines, and curbside pickup options.
SHIPPING COST
- How Costs Are Calculated: Shipping charges depend on the weight, size, and number of packages being shipped, as well as the distance of the destination from our distribution center.
- Instant Quote: Add the desired products to your cart and enter your address during checkout to view the automatically calculated shipping rate.
- Remote Areas: Customers in countryside or remote locations may face higher shipping rates. For such cases, please contact us before placing your order to discuss special shipping options.
SHIPPING METHOD
The shipping method is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. Our standard shipping option is curbside delivery, meaning the item will be delivered outside your house or condo, but not taken indoors. Please note that if a delivery is refused, any associated fees will be the customer’s responsibility."
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days after being placed.
- Delays: While we strive to meet our timelines, delays may occur due to busy seasons (e.g., holidays), severe weather conditions or any other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Tracking Your Order: If you have not received your order within 14 business days, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the latest status updates. For additional support, feel free to reach out to us.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
We offer free curbside pickup at three convenient locations. Scheduling a pickup is required before visiting.

Please ensure that you schedule your pickup by contacting the appropriate location ahead of time.
MINOR SHIPPING DAMAGE:
On rare occasions, packages may sustain minor damage during transit due to carrier mishandling. If this happens, we kindly ask that you take photos of the package upon delivery and check all parts after opening it. Should anything be missing or damaged, we’ll immediately send you a replacement at no extra cost.
